Does holiday entitlement include bank holidays?+
Your employer can count bank holidays within the 5.6-week statutory minimum — they do not have to give them on top. Check your contract, but they cannot give you less than 5.6 weeks in total.
What is my holiday entitlement if I work part-time?+
It is pro-rated by the days you work: days per week × 5.6. So 4 days a week = 22.4 days, 3 days = 16.8 days, 2 days = 11.2 days of paid holiday a year.
