1. About AuditDriven

auditdriven.com ("AuditDriven", "we", "our") is operated by Crosscheck AI Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15971170). Registered office: [TO BE FILLED IN BY USER].

2. Nature of Service

AuditDriven provides informational audit reports generated by AI, constrained by rules and templates created by qualified professionals. Our reports are informational only. They do not constitute:

  • Tax advice regulated under the Provision of Services Regulations 2009
  • Legal advice under the Legal Services Act 2007
  • Financial advice regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)

For advice on specific matters, consult a qualified UK accountant, solicitor, or FCA-authorised financial adviser directly.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in GBP and include any applicable VAT. Purchases are single transactions — we do not automatically charge you again.

4. Delivery

Reports are generated and emailed within minutes of payment. A secure report link is also provided on the order confirmation page.

5. Refund Policy

Because reports are generated immediately on payment and constitute digital content that cannot be "returned", you waive your right to the 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 by placing the order. See our Refunds Policy for discretionary refund circumstances.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to use of AuditDriven is limited to the price you paid for the specific audit. We do not warrant that HMRC, a court, tribunal, employer, landlord, or any other party will act in line with our audit findings.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content you do not have the right to share
  • Use the service to commit fraud or illegal acts
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our AI prompts or outputs
  • Resell reports as if produced independently

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
